Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the item has a hidden manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Due to the nature of our medical products, returns are not accepted unless there is a latent defect.

Exemptions
Some products cannot be returned. Opened or used medical equipment and consumables are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is found.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at sales@prametenterprises.co.za to begin the return process.
  • Provide your proof of purchase.
  • Await further instructions from our support team.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@prametenterprises.co.za.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at sales@prametenterprises.co.za.

Incorrect Items Ordered
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item, you have 7 days to return it, provided it remains in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at sales@prametenterprises.co.za to arrange the return.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at sales@prametenterprises.co.za for return instructions.
Pramet Enterprises will cover return shipping costs if the item has a latent defect or was incorrectly shipped.

Courier Damage
If your item was damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. Although we outsource delivery, we will address the issue with the courier and work toward a satisfactory solution.
